APRIL 29, 2013 (UPDATE)
On Monday April 29, 2013 Bedford County Sheriff’s investigators obtained arrest warrants for DeAngelo Montez Brown, age 28, 6520 Dorchester Rd. Apt. 2800H, North Charleston, South Carolina. Brown has been identified as the second black male in the Altima last Wednesday. Brown faces the same charges as Waring, minus the driving charge.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Waring or Brown or with information of these crimes is asked to call the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office 586-7827 or Central Virginia Crime Stoppers at 1-888-798-5900. Crime Stoppers callers remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward up to $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest of either subject.
