On Friday September 14, Michael D. Robertson, 42, of Hardy, Virginia was arrested and charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child while in a supervisory roll. At the time of the incident Robertson was a teacher’s aide at Liberty High School. The incident occurred on Wednesday September 12, 2012 on school property.
Due to the sensitivity of the case and that it is still under investigation, no further information will be available at this time.
