Sheriff Mike Brown reminds those who may be planning to dress as “Creepy Clowns” with the intent of causing fear and terror while the kids are out Trick or Treating, the Code of Virginia, 18.2-422, will be strictly enforced.
This applies to those 16 and older. You don’t want a Class 6 Felony on your record!
