On December 12, 2012, Michael Scott Toler, age 49, 156 Winfall Road, Gladys, Virginia was arrested in Amherst County. Toler is charged with grand larceny of fuel oil from Beaver Dam Baptist Church. He is free on bond.
The investigation of the larceny from Bethesda United Methodist Church continues.
Due to Toler pending trial, suspect’s photo will not be released. The media is asked to not print or broadcast any photo at this time. This is a continuing investigation.
